What Happened on this Day in LDS Church History?
On this day in 1871, the people of Utah donate $12,000 in relief to the people who suffered from the Great Chicago Fire.
At least two of the four mummies of the Joseph Smith Papyri (from which the Pearl of Great Price came) burned in the Great Chicago Fire of 1871.
