What Happened on this day in LDS Church History?
On this day in 1850, the Perpetual Immigration Company (which was created in 1849) incorporation was approved by the government of the provisional state of Deseret. The Perpetual Immigration Company facilitated the immigration of thousands of people to the Salt Lake Valley.
