What Happened On this Day in LDS Church History?

On this day in LDS Church History, in 1960, President David O. McKay addresses 200,000 LDS Youth in 290 stake centers, throughout the United States (including Hawaii), via direct telephone wire transmission. This was the first of three monthly firesides for the youth of the church.
