On this day in LDS Church History, in 1835, Joseph Smith calls Brigham and Joseph Young to his home and shared a vision of those who died at Zion's Camp. He then called a conference to announce the establishment of the office of seventy. He then called Joseph Young to be the first President of the Seventies.
