On this day in LDS Church History, in 1843, after being incarcerated in Missouri for ten months, Orrin Porter Rockwell arrives at the home of Joseph Smith Jr, in Nauvoo, Illinois. Joseph and his family were having a Christmas party and Joseph welcomed his dear friend with great Joy.
